Our cozy apartment "Bergquell" in our house Apartment Spieljoch is the ideal starting point for an active vacation for skiing, biking or hiking in the Zillertal. A beautiful garden, the private balcony and the wellness room with sauna and feel-good relaxation room invite you to relax and unwind. Our house with a family atmosphere and magnificent unobstructed mountain views is located in the countryside and yet centrally, only 200 m from the Spieljochbahn and only 5-10 minutes' walk from the village center.

The chalet-apartment "VIEW4TWO" is located in Hart, surrounded by a few houses, a small farm and directly on the forest border. You can't live more beautifully if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle, but not out of the way. A perfect apartment, in the middle of greenery with wonderful and unobstructed views of the Zillertal mountains, at the end of a private road. Due to the ambitious location on the east side of the valley, countless long hours of sunshine are on the agenda.

Quiet room near Lake Achen and Zillertal

Whether alone or as a couple, here you can sleep comfortably on box spring mattresses, wash away your worries under the rainshower and arrive and depart easily. The small 14 m² apartment is perfect for those passing through who are looking for a clean, stylish place to stay and require humane prices. The room with bathroom is located in the basement of a family house, but is hillside and therefore equipped with windows on the forest side. Laundry, dog and breakfast service possible

Time out in the original monument with modern comforts - right on the Ziller. If you've always wanted to know how people used to live in the Zillertal, then you can get an idea of it here: Much is original. We have only added a little comfort, so that you can, for example, take a warm shower without having to heat up beforehand... ;-) In our garden you can spend wonderful summer days, go shopping or eat right in the village and the ski resorts are also very close...

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Appartement Nina

The apartment Nina is located in Hart im Zillertal in a quiet and sunny location. In a few minutes you can reach the ski resorts Spieljoch, Hochfügen and Hochzillertal Kaltenbach. The Fügen adventure spa is also in the immediate vicinity. For hikes in summer, there are many possibilities available, such as the Haselbach waterfall. The apartment features free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor seating.

Our beautiful and new apartments, in modern Alpine style, offer space for the whole family and are equipped with everything you need for your stay. Our apartments are the ideal base for exploring the Zillertal. The Spieljoch ski & hiking area in Fügen can be reached in 5 minutes and the Hochzillertal ski resort in Kaltenbach can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

Die Zillertalerin - the new apartment house with eight residential units in the heart of Uderns/Tyrol. Be one of our very first guests! Home, heart and comfort. With the scent and the atmosphere of natural materials, Die Zillertalerin welcomes you. Each of the apartments has a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Thus, four people can stay overnight (price for 3rd and 4th adult person 25 € / night).

Das kleine, aber gemütliche Keller-Apartment ist in Hart im Zillertal in ruhiger Lage und wenige Fahrminuten von Schigebieten wie Spieljochbahn, Hochfügen und Hochzillertal enfernt. Diese sind bequem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Unser Standort ist Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen. (z.
