A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Sofa bed with associated table and TV and Sonos speakers. 120 cm bed placed in a niche creates a cozy feeling! The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink and combined washing machine/dryer. 200 meters from one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches and 1.5 km to Höllviken Centrum.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take a short walk to the beach or the forest! There are good shops and a small kitchenette to make your own food. If you prefer to eat out, the city center is a short distance away with a wide range of different types of restaurants. An idyllic place to experience the Swedish summer in the best possible way! As we ourselves live in the house next to the cottage and the area is very quiet, no parties or loud events are accepted under any circumstances.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The house is located 300 meters from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 2 km from Höllviken center where there are both food and clothing stores as well as many nice restaurants to choose from. Car distance to many nice golf courses. and in about 3 minutes walking distance there is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linens and towels are included in the accommodation.

Newly built guesthouse in an attractive location in Höllviken near both the beach (approx. 2.5km flight route), bus connections (approx. 500m) and the center (approx. 800m). A short distance away (approx. 700m) is also the Toppengallerian, a shopping center with ICA, Liqour store, pharmacies and clothing stores. In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.

Stream - Summer Cottage

Rent from Saturday-Saturday during summer. Bring own sheets and towels, but if you want to travel light it's possible to rent for 120 sek/person. You’ll love my place because of its coziness and location. Built in 1920 and extended in the 60th's on a big sunny lot, close to one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
