Claudia's lovingly fully furnished, about 40 sqm apartment, is located on the side of our house facing the garden in the center of Künzell, just a few minutes from the highway exit (A7) Fulda Mitte. In the garden there is the possibility to linger between apple trees and flowers. Within walking distance are shop, bakery, gastronomy beautiful park area. By car, bike or bus you are in a few minutes in the center of the beautiful city of Fulda.

Apartment in Hessen/Rhön

It is a newly built house in the middle of the village, but without direct neighbors. Due to the wonderful location, relaxation is guaranteed after hiking or cycling tours through the beautiful Rhön with all its possibilities in summer and winter. The Wasserkuppe and Kreuzberg are within about 20 km. A visit to the cathedral city of Fulda is also possible. Because this can also be reached by bus if you don't feel like driving.

We hope you can enjoy our new, little, cosy appartement. It’s providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. 1️⃣ if you need a stop over for one night or 2️⃣ visiting friends, nearby or the Fulda region or if you 3️⃣ need an apartment for a longer (business) stay! It’s on top of a double garage with a separate entrance, a little balcony with garden view. We are asking for a proper use of the heat pump heating.

The cozy 50 sqm apartment is located in the annex of our single-family house with private access. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, wardrobe and TV. The open living/dining area is equipped with a corner couch, closet and TV, dining table and kitchenette. Two more people can sleep on the couch (140 cm). The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people. (Dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, bread slicer)

Visit us in the heart of Germany in our apartment. You will live in 40 m² with a bedroom and bathroom as well as a tastefully furnished living and dining area. The apartment in a converted farm was newly opened in February 2018. On the first floor there is another apartment. You will stay in an old farm that has been newly renovated. The apartment has a separate entrance. Pure nature awaits you here.

Here you can rediscover nature. Laze around to your heart's content, read, hike, cycle or just relax. The ideal place for a little time out with perfect relaxation.

Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
