Our unit is a ground floor end unit with a view of the pool and hot tub from the back Lanai. Located at the front of the complex near the parking and lobby. The Kona Palm Retreat is a private villa that’s a 5-minute drive from Kailua Kona town. The accommodation is private and well appointed. You have your own completely furnished apartment with its own tropical gardens and outdoor seating. There are no shared spaces. Monica and I live upstairs, we rarely see our guests and we respect our guests privacy. Our accommodations are very clean and well furnished, the Hot tub and BBQ area are only for you and your guests and are not shared.

This rustic and cozy cabin sits on our 5 acre parcel in the cloud forest above Kona town on the Big Island, called Kaloko Mauka. It has it's own private little corner of the property, complete with secluded hot tub, yard and large lanai perfect for the bbq! One king bed in the studio, best for 2-3 adults. Loft can suit a child or two 8 years and older or another adult. There is a fold out futon with extra bedding and pillows. Loft railing is not completely protected for children under 8.
