On the first floor enjoy a state of the art kitchen. Look down and you'll notice a well, that was featured in the NY Times, that dates back to 1737 and was most likely used by notable figures such as George Washington, Alexander Hamilton etc. Outside you'll find yourself steps away from incredible dining and shopping.

This quaint & quirky house is the perfect place for an adult respite (only non-crawling infants & kids 5 yrs & up). Stocked w/ everything you need: hot tub, gas fireplace, beach supplies, bikes, bar cart, seasonal outdoor shower, 2 fire pits, picnic table, screened in porch w/dining table & lounge area! "The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Mullica River Cottages - Scenic Riverfront Sweetwa

Mullica River Cottage's Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Perched high above a gurgling creek, surrounded by woods, we are situated on a secluded tree-lined road that is extremely popular for walkers, runners and bikers. The towns of New Hope, Lambertville, Stockton, Lahaska and Doylestown are just a short drive away.

This is a very cozy, 2-bedroom apartment attached to a 200+ yo farmhouse in historic Bucks County. We are right at the edge of town on the main street in Richboro so in walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. The yard is beautifully maintained, and the decks, outdoor grill and fire pit are available for your use and enjoyment during your stay. Owners live in the farmhouse and are generally available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the local area.
