Pool sowie Whirlpool (draußen überdacht) gibt es bei uns natürlich auch und ist inklusive. Bitte uns vorher dazu ansprechen. 😊

Herzlich willkommen! Euch erwartet ein modern eingerichtetes, kleines Studio im Hochparterre eines Zweifamilienhauses. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet: Kapselkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank. Der Ausblick geht in unseren schönen Garten, Fahrräder können dort abgestellt werden. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. In 10 Min. ist man mit dem Fahrrad in der schönen Innenstadt oder in 15 Min. am nächsten See. Keine zentrale Lage!

Gommern ist ein kleines Städtchen im Grünen in der Nähe von Magdeburg (15 km). Im Sommer laden in der Nähe gelegene Seen im schönen Naherholungsgebiet zum Baden ein (kostenfreier Zugang). Lange Spaziergänge oder ein kleiner Fahrradausflug, wir haben viel Natur zu bieten und geben gern Ausflugstips. Die Wohnung (58 qm) mit Blick ins Grüne befindet sich in der 2. Die Unterkunft ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen (an der L63). Bushaltestelle ist 100 m vom Grundstück entfernt. Parken ist am Haus möglich. Bäcker mit Frühstücksangebot ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar, Stadtzentrum in 20 min; mit dem Auto 15 min bis Dessau-Zentrum u. 20 min bis Köthen. Ihr habt vom Treppenhaus einen direkten Zugang zur Unterkunft. Grill- u. Feuerstelle sind im Garten vorhanden. Elbe, Biosphärenreservat, Wassertretstelle u. a. bieten viele Erholungsmöglichkeiten in der Natur.

Cozy holiday apartment in the old town of Burg

Burg is the ideal location to discover the Jerichower Land. Thanks to the good connection (A2), day trips to Saxony-Anhalt, Brandenburg and Lower Saxony can also be easily realized from here. The town of Burg can be explored on foot from here. If you arrive by bike, you can store it in the yard. The Elbe cycle path leads directly through Burg. The apartment is designed for 1 to 4 people. There is a sofa bed in the living room for an extra bed for the third person or more.

Ganz neu - aber noch nicht ganz perfekt...

Hallo liebe Gäste, ich vermiete euch eine schöne, helle und ruhige Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon. Sie befindet sich im 2. OG, es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Die Wohnung ist 60 qm groß, ist frisch renoviert und ganz neu und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Allerdings fehlen momentan noch einige Dinge wie Teppiche und Bilder. Aber lange wird es nicht mehr dauern, bis die Wohnung komplett eingerichtet ist. Sie liegt in der Nähe der Uni, und auch ins Zentrum gelangt man schnell.

Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit die Whg für einen längeren Zeitraum über mehrere Monate anzubieten, dies sollte man mit mir vorweg kommunizieren, dann ist dies möglich. Bilder seht ihr, ihr habt fragen meldet euch, es kann alles soweit genutzt werden. Auch mein Amazon um filme zu streamen, solltet ihr etwas kostenpflichtig,wie Film schauen ist das auch kein Problem wenn ihr dasGeld zahlt sonst wende i mich an euch.

Charmante Ferienwohnung im Stadtteil Hopfengarten. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, sowohl zur Autobahn als auch zum ÖVP. Unsere Wohnung mit separatem Eingang wartet auf euch im 1. OG unseres Hauses. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, sodass wir auch 4 Gästen eine angenehme Übernachtung bieten können. Bei Bedarf steht ein Kinder-Reisebett zur Verfügung.

In unserer Gästewohnung vereinen sich stilgetreue barocke Elemente aus der Entstehungszeit des Hauses mit einer möglichst modernen Ausstattung. Diese Kombination garantiert Authentizität und Gemütlichkeit. Bei der Renovierung haben wir versucht möglichst viel der Originalsubstanz zu erhalten. Warnung für Großgewachsene: Ein niedriger Deckenbalken aus dem Jahre 1775 durchkreuzt den Raum.
