The views from the roof top deck of the beach are amazing and access to Sea Crest’s resort pools are only a 3-5 minute walk, along with Coligny Plaza & it's shops, bars, restaurants, & entertainment...once you park there is no need to drive again unless you want to explore this beautiful island and all it has to offer...for example-cruises, water sports, nature trails.

Perfect house for family & friends to come together. This modest, well-loved home sits on an acre lot & has a private deep-water dock right off of the Broad River. Lots of great views & easy access to fishing & saltwater activities. All 7 beds (3 kings, 3 queens, 1 twin xl) in the house have new Lucid mattresses.
