Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Small apartment located right on the river with large terrace and beautiful garden not far from the Jagsttal cycle path. On scenic paths along the Jagst, you can explore the beautiful landscape. There is direct access to the Jagst, ideal for swimming, boating and paddle boarding. The cozy apartment has its own entrance with a wardrobe and an open living and sleeping room with beautiful views of the river and nature. The idyllic and quiet location invites you to relax.

A quiet non-smoking apartment with separate entrance awaits you on the 2nd floor of the former distillery of the estate. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. The cottages are built on stilts. They each have their own staircase and access. Both houses are equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee machine, kettle and all the cooking utensils you need. In the bathroom, you will find a toilet, sink and shower, as well as a hair dryer and hand and shower towels. Both rooms have large flat-screen TVs. Very good Wi-Fi reception

The surroundings invite you to take small walks, e.g. to the best preserved piece of the Obergermanic-rätische Limes. Suitable for singles, couples, craftsmen, business travelers. The city of Öhringen with all shops is a 5-minute drive by car. The highway is 5 km away. After Heilbronn and Schwaebisch Hall, it is about 30 km.

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.
