The approx. 70 square meters stretch over 2 floors and form a complete half of the house. On the ground floor there is a living room (sofa bed for 2 people,, flat-screen TV, radio-CD player) with open, fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), an optically separated large dining area and a terrace. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed with TV, 1 x two single beds) and bathroom (shower, toilet).

Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.
