Cottage with studio and great views

House with beautiful studio/living space, flooded with light and with lovely views. A master bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the main living area. A mezzanine area provides a further two single beds. A fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. It also has a lovely terrace and gardens. Situated just 500m ( 10 minute walk) from the Auberge de Chassignolles with its amazing restaurant. There is an additional 70 m² yoga/dance studio that can be rented separately.

Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

Ideally located, this place offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 5 minutes from the Loge des Gardes station, the Magic Route and the Bécajat adventure trail. Many hiking trails are accessible starting directly from the house. 1 hectare of land around you will allow you to rest, play (Pétanque, molky, badminton, table tennis, billiards)… Equipped kitchen, living room with TV, toilet on the ground floor and on the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms including 2 with 2 beds each.

This old exposed stone farmhouse is located in the heart of the Bois Noirs range, 5 minutes from the village of St Just en Chevalet. Starting point for many hikes, mountain biking or cycling, you will enjoy the calm and soothing atmosphere, with its wooded and forest environment.
