In the bathroom and in the bedrooms you can enjoy underfloor heating. Whether as a family or business traveler, you will enjoy our four walls. Wi-Fi is available almost everywhere, so nothing stands in the way of working from home. In the well-equipped kitchen you can cook for yourself, but there is also a good restaurant in the village.

We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. In sunshine, the highlight is of course the huge natural garden, whether on the terrace under the walnut tree or in the deck chair on the meadow

Your quiet location will delight you, surrounded by greenery with many sports opportunities in nature. By car or train you only need 20 minutes to the center of Ingolstadt, in less than 1 hour you can reach the most attractive Bavarian cities such as Munich, Nuremberg or Regensburg. Bus stop, train station or supermarket are in a few minutes walking distance.

There are also numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Another highlight is the nearby Schleißheim Palace, which is just a 5-minute walk away.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.

Our new build home is available for an enjoyable stay near Landshut, Germany. Lovely furnished and with a high standard, the apartment with a spacious private terrace is located in a very quiet village. Wonderful place to relax, enjoy nature or just spend a night with family before a flight at the Munich airport.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
