The covered terrace invites you to rest, eat or work in the garden, come rain or sunshine. In colder weather you can heat the Nordpeis wood-burning stove and enjoy the glow and warmth of the fire. For those for whom the 2000 sq m garden is not enough - the edge of the Huy forest is 100 meters from the property. In the evening, you can gaze at the stars as you fall asleep.

The apartment is on the upper floor, which can be reached via a wide staircase. From the apartment there is a beautiful view of a park. In the apartment there are two 140 cm double beds, one of which is a bunk bed. Therefore, for example, two adults can sleep downstairs and 2 children from 2 to 12 years can sleep upstairs. Since the Airbnb website unfortunately does not yet have the function to specify the number of children, please contact us if you are a family to find a common solution.

Beautiful and quietly located on the outskirts of the village in the cozy wooden house, yard 2021 for private use. Consisting of a living/bedroom with TV and fast WiFi. 1 room with a small kitchenette. 1 separate, small bathroom with shower and toilet. Carport / terrace with cozy garden furniture and wide views of nature. The rental price includes electricity, heating, hot water and fast Wi-Fi. Final cleaning is included with normal use! Self check-in with a lockbox is possible.

Sunny, quiet apartment with Garden near City & Park

The large, bright and sunny first floor apartment in a quiet but central residential area with large windows to the garden is in a cozy wooden house from the 1930s that we have carefully renovated. It is fully equipped (including bed linens and towels), has a great kitchen from Miele, Nespresso machine and a large smart TV. There is very good Wi-Fi and is ideal for home office (high-quality office chair, monitor and desk). Approx. 70 square meters, parquet flooring.

A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Beautiful apartment on the 1st floor in an absolutely quiet location

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, double bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, fridge, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district of Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and a lot of light comes into the apartment through the large windows, with all windows equipped with shutters.

Good location for trips to the Harz Mountains. Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Ilsenburg, Wolfenbüttel, Bad Harzburg can be reached within half an hour. Braunschweig is also only 40 minutes away. Osterwieck itself has a very wonderful old town with over 400 half-timbered houses. We are also called the pearl of Saxony-Anhalt. The city is now 1050 years old and is located on the Romanesque Road and on the Via Romea pilgrimage route
