Our listed half-timbered house was built over 200 years ago and is freshly renovated. As a contrast to the historic wooden facade, we have designed the interior to be modern and cozy. Our apartment 1 is located on the first floor of the house and is about 50 square meters. The large garden allows you to recharge your batteries or let off steam. Direct access to the terrace. You will spend your vacation in our apartment renovated in 2021 on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.

The apartment is 36 square meters and is located in a well-kept 12-party house in a central location (about 300 m from the center). We took over this in 2018 and refurbished it (kitchen, completely new furniture and good sofa bed). It is a living room with kitchenette and dining area, a separate bedroom and a small bathroom. Since we (4 adults + 1 schoolchild) regularly use our apartment ourselves, it is quite well equipped (sufficient dishes, coffee maker, TV). No Wi-Fi!

Last year, a real gem with a lot of love for detail emerged from a "junk shed." My place is on a quiet side street, and parking is available right in front of the house. The "Schüppchen" is hidden behind my house and is accessible via a comfortable external staircase.
