Modern, and luxe house on beautiful location

Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The house is in a quiet location just outside the centre of Bad Bertrich, from the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery and the river Üß. However, in 2 minutes you can walk to the centre with its bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and of course the sauna complex which the village is famous for. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. The three-story house from the 1920s with a modern annex and view of the countryside is located in the grown district of Neunkirch of Sarreguemines. On the ground floor, daily life takes place with country kitchen, office/Wi-Fi, dining room and the 56 square meter living room overlooking the garden. On the first and second floor there are the bedrooms plus one bathroom each and separate toilet. There is room for two cars in the carport. The intimate garden invites you to relax.

The historic building showcases a charming façade with light-colored walls and red window frames. A red front door is centrally positioned. Autumn leaves cover the ground, while bare trees flank the entrance, creating a serene and inviting outdoor space.

The old rectory, built around 1712, invites you to linger after more than 50 years of vacancy and a complete monument renovation. The focus of the renovation was on preserving the original building fabric, as well as the use of natural building materials. Natural stone floors, new and old Oak planks, clay plaster, lime colors and solid wood kitchen paired with crooked walls and design classics give the old rectory a very special charm that we are happy to share with you!
