The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

The apartment is in its own building on top of the stables. The stables live three black snow sheep. On the farm there is also a dwelling house where we in the family live with two children, cats, rabbits and dogs. Enjoy the tranquility with views of fields, cows and horses on nearby farms. Welcome to a new fresh accommodation 5 meters from the lake. Relax and enjoy some luxury and fresh air. Double bed at the loft and bed bed 140 cm in basement level. Please keep in mind that the house has an open floor plan between all levels which makes privacy a bit limited. Here you come in the first place to relax and rest up. But if you want to do things, there are many options! Winter is usually very snowy. Hassela Ski Resort is close by car, about 15 minutes. The hot tub closed under -15gr.

During the winter, there is a nice ski slope, Trogstaspåret, just around the corner. Golf course, pay and play and beautiful Ystigårn are nearby. Hälsingland offers many beautiful lakes and sea beaches with swimming during the summer and long-distance skating for the winter. Nice mushroom and berry forests and beautiful hiking and biking trails. A heated garage is available.

Villa by the sea 20 min south of Sundsvall

Within walking distance of 800 meters from Skatan's idyllic fishing village is our holiday home. Private plot with large grass lawn. Many excursions are in the surroundings. Closest to Skatan's cafe and restaurant that will, among other things, offer jazz evenings this summer. Galtström's mill is also a popular excursion destination with an old working environment with harbor and swimming at Vitsand. In Junibodsand and Lörudden there are also nice summer restaurants.
