Serenity Cabin at Owl Creek

Updates include new custom kitchen with concrete counters and stainless steel appliances, new bathroom with walk in shower. Cozy 2 bedroom home is located directly on the Kokosing river thought to translate from the Algonquin Indians and mean “River of the Little Owls.” The cabin is a short distance to Kenyon College, Apple Valley lake, Ohio Amish country and tons and tons of great parks, hiking trails, bike trails and hunting. We are pet friendly, dogs only. ($50 per stay, maximum 2 dogs).

Welcome to the Howard Ritz our newly renovated property in the heart of Howard, Ohio. Even though the property is on the main road 36, you are still right at nature’s doorstep. This small home is beautiful furnished and has everything you need. This property has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and one bedroom. It is also located on the Kokosing Gap bike trail. There is also canoe access to the Kokosing River just around the corner. We have storage on site for your bikes, canoes or kayaks.

Located right on Apple Valley Lake just outside of Mt Vernon, OH this 2250sqft house is recently remodeled has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths 2 levels and is beautiful. You can enjoy our dock and go swimming or paddle boarding or just relax and fish. On the main floor is a card room perfect for family games, kitchen with walk out to 2nd story deck and 3 season room, living room with TV, and master bedroom with a private deck and fireplace.
