Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

"Home Away From Home" on the Lake in Harrison MI

This spacious apartment is very cozy and located on our lake front property. Nestled into 5 acres on Long Lake in Harrison MI. Excellent fishing, boating, canoeing and kayaking! We have two canoes and kayaks and also have a paddle boat that carries 4 people. Life jackets are available for adults, however if you have small children, we recommend bringing a life jacket for them. Sporting equipment is available for everyone to share! Access to a grill, fire-pit for bonfires & chairs.

Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.

Au Sable River Getaway

One mile from the Mason Wilderness Tract, view eagles, deer and other wildlife out the front door, relax beside the peaceful South Branch of the Au Sable, a trout stream (catch and release, please), hunt in fall, enjoy cross-country skiing at several nearby trails including the 12-mile-long Mason Tract Trail, ski rentals, lessons and trails nearby. Open floor plan with nice kitchen, living room and dining area plus all-season porch with gorgeous lake views. 3 bedrooms & 1.5 baths. Washer/Dryer included. Week-long (Sun - Sun) rentals required mid-June to Labor Day. Minimum two day rentals required rest of year.
