Dish tv. hot tub Gas grill and a firepit. Located on our own 12 wooded acres. Guests are more than welcome to enjoy a hike in our woods to enjoy the nature. The Sunnyside Retreat sits on 105 acre cattle farm, a charming spacious House. Beautiful countryside views from every window and a porch with plentiful seating to relax and socialize. Fishing pond, Woods, trails, butterflies, meadows - serene and lovely. Very large event center wirh ping pong, fire pit, (firepit) , volleyball basketball, and badminton, cornhole, soccer. Inside -- a piano, bumper pool table, foosball. No steps bedroom- very Handicap friendly.

This efficient guest suite is located in the heart of Steubenville (17 miles/20 min. from Star Lake Pavilion). Separated by a hill from our family home, the loft provides a simple place to rest after a long day of travel, work, conferences, or whatever may bring you to Steubenville! We built this guest space above our work garage with visiting family in mind, and we hope you'll feel equally at home as our guest.

Get out of town and relax in this peaceful cottage situated on our 54 acre family farm. The Guest House at Wild Sycamore Farm is just 15 minutes from Steubenville, Ohio (about 20 from Franciscan University) and just an hour from Pittsburgh. This is a working homestead! The guest house offers privacy and seclusion while still giving you views of our land, animals on pasture, woodlands, and gardens.
