Cook out on the grill or in the kitchen. We are close to Dragway 42, Rockin T Ranch, and Summit Motorsport Park. There's plenty of room to park your trailer. Ashland University and Oberlin college are a short drive. A perfect place to stay for a college visit or to get a breath of fresh country air.

CF Ranch & Cattle Co. is a real working Texas Longhorn Ranch in central Ohio. Most of our cattle are gentle and generally quite friendly. The ranch is spread out over 270 acres located on top of gentle rolling ridge that runs north/south . We are 6 miles from grocery stores and lots of shopping. The ranch has views for miles and unbelievable sunsets! Cows and their calves munching on grass and huge trophy steers swaying their horns side to side as they follow the fence line. A great getaway!

A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.
