Well-stocked kitchen! Pets and larger groups are welcome! There is a $10/guest/day charge after the first 2 guests and the pet fee is $25 (flat rate).

Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Yet set on a quiet location only a half a mile from IUP, and less than a mile from IRMC and downtown. Parking directly in front, just a few steps from entrance. Full Kitchen has dishwasher. Shower is super hot with great pressure. Washer/dryer included. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
