Completely secluded at the edge of the forest and with great views over the Lower Saxony fields, time stands still. Families and peace-loving people can spend unique hours here. After a complete renovation of the house, it offers cozy luxury in a special atmosphere. The city of Hanover and many activities in the surrounding area can be reached in a short time. Central and barrier-free apartment with terrace

The rooms are located in the basement of the house and are accessible without stairs. Two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet + shower and a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker and kettle are available. The level is exclusive for our guests. There is a separate entrance from the outside with beautiful views of the garden, which can also be used. The house (first floor) is occupied, but very quiet. We have a small dog that is very family friendly.

Many leisure activities nearby, for children the Rastiland, the Wisentgehege. The Harz Mountains, Steinhuder Meer and Weserbergland are quickly and easily accessible. A horse stable right by the house as well as magnificent monastery churches..... In short, a place to dream!

The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests (incl. Towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.

A good starting point for the climbing areas on the Ith, the award-winning Ith-Hils hiking trail or also for the gliders that are based here. Everything is easily accessible on foot.
