Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

The house is situated by a large swimming lake with paddle board, canoe, fishing and more. The lovely barbecue area is just next to the lake and you can sail to the woods. We love it here and we are sure you will too. The house interior is in nordic style and fits 8 people comfortably. Lovely garden with trampoline and fun for all ages. You have your own apartment on first floor in our beautiful countryhome. The apartment has two bedrooms and a dining room. 2 bathrooms and an eat-in kitchen. Private access to a wonderful big terrace overlooking our private garden. There is no access for guests to our private garden and pool. One bathroom is in connection with one of the bedrooms, the other bathroom is in the hall next to the eat- in kitchen. No television.

There is plenty of room for the whole group in this spacious and unique home. There is high ceilings and room for basketball outside and ping pong in the basement as well as close to the beach. Only 15 minutes to downtown Copenhagen. Newly built house with many delicious and practical details.
