In the main house, a spacious hall leads to a sunny sitting room with comfy sofas, big TV and open fire. The family room stretching across the rear of the cottage is open plan and incorporates the kitchen, dining and seating areas with constant warmth from the Aga. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with king size beds and a light filled twin room.

A cozy seating area is highlighted by dark leather chairs, complemented by decorative cushions. A green wooden dresser with plants stands against a backdrop of natural light filtering in through the windows. Warm tones and rustic decor create an inviting space.

This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Free use of fast Wi-Fi. Bike storage. My daughter Rachel and myself are happy to reply to any queries.

The cottage believed to date to 1780 has wide oak floorboards and sash windows overlooking neighbouring other houses. The Holt House if perfectly situated for guests to enjoy short breaks or longer holidays. It's a short drive from the North Norfolk coast.
