Beautifully renovated cottage - best location

Beautiful house with the best location. The house has been completely renovated and a new room wing was added in 2021. The house is well suited for the large family or for groups, as it contains several sections and several common areas. From the first floor, there is a view and a glimpse of the sea. There are five good rooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, pool table, etc. The house is located in the old part of Agger, 200 meters from the North Sea and 200 meters from a Michelin restaurant. A beautiful townhouse with courtyard, secluded garden, carport, covered terrace and much more! Set back from major roads, down towards green areas, with room for play and relaxation indoors and out. There is a barbecue on the terrace, garden furniture on both sides of the house and space for two cars at the address. Inside the house, there is everything you need. Fitness room, bedroom with small double bed, large living room, kitchen with all appliances, bathrooms with laundry column. Possibility of extra bed on the sofa for an extra fee.

Holidays and stays with plenty of space - inside

Svendlundgaard has 3 holiday apartments and plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor activities. Location in scenic area south of Herning and only 5 km from the Exhibition Center and Boxen. Also centrally located to take trips out into Jutland with 1 hour driving distance to Aarhus and the North Sea, and only ½ hour trip to Legoland in Billund and the Silkeborg area. Svendlundgaard is suitable for stays for family and friends groups. We are a resident of the place ourselves and easy to get in touch with.

In this unique and stylish home, centrally located in Herning, there is room for coziness for the whole family both outside and inside. Inside, there's room for play, crea, and cozy moments of cooking. Outdoors, the sunny days can be enjoyed on the large terrace with built-in spa, outdoor shower and lots of cozy nooks. The kids can play ball, jump on the trampoline or play in the sandbox. In the garden, there is also the opportunity to use our exercise room with weight stand, dumbbells and rowing machine.

There are quality duvets, pillows, linens, etc. for 4 beds from Søvn og Comfort. During the entire stay, there will be free access to coffee and tea and cold drinks on arrival, as well as a light breakfast. 10% discount coupon for Restaurant Sprød included. Cozy little holiday house with a superb location directly by the dyke to the North Sea. The house has a lovely fenced west-facing terrace with a gate to the dunes and a fenced garden with lawn. The house is located within walking distance to shops, the harbor environment, restaurants, sights and the child-friendly beach with lifeguards. There is free access to swimming pool, sauna and steam bath, fitness and sports hall (e.g. badminton) in Wærket located 1 km away.
