Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Downtown Holland is only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy clothing stores, restaurants and pubs. Full kitchen, dining area, seating areas, TV/ bar room, fireplace, library, and private roof top deck with hot tub and grill complete this one-of-a-kind home. Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.

Holland itself has so much to offer with its boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants and of course beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan. We are less than 8 miles from Holland State Park and so close to other Lake Shore attractions. Saugatuck is only 11 miles away, Grand Haven a 23 mile drive, and 29 miles from Grand Rapids, making this a very desirable location!
