Superb coastal barn, breathtaking Marsh & Sea view

Cocooned in this spectacular, beautifully spacious, wooden Eco barn, the Sail Loft has the most incredible views overlooking the salt marshes, creeks and out to sea, making this the perfect hideaway to relax and experience the ever-changing tides and birdlife on this magical part of Norfolk coastline in Wells-next-the-sea. 5 minutes walk along the quay into the pretty town of Wells which boasts an array of shops, cafes and restaurants and moments to the beach. You really will not want to leave.

Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

Characterful seaside cottage by the quay

This is our family holiday home where we unwind and relax and hope our guests will do that too. It is a typical fisherman's cottage minutes from the quay with a front courtyard to watch the sunset and the boats. It has a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of books, and board games. Shops, restaurants, great walks, and nearby parking. PLEASE NOTE: we don't offer linen and towels but please ask if difficult. ALSO, the ceiling on the top floor is very low being under the roof so please be careful.

We bought Malvern in 2016 and have lovingly renovated it to create a fabulous family home. The kitchen/dining/family room is perfect for socialising with friends and family and the 5 bedrooms and 3 luxury bath/shower rooms comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The house is perfectly positioned within the heart of the bustling coastal town of Wells-Next-the-Sea and is walking distance from the picturesque quay, award winning sandy beach and numerous pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops.

The Bothy

This unique little place is a refurbished staff house for the old brickyard. Once upon a time, brickmakers would live here to watch over the brickyard. Now it has been given a breath of fresh air with a new roof and it's own bathroom with hot shower. The bothy has a stylish interior with a wood burner to make it nice and warm. The very comfy and cosy bed is on the mezzanine deck. There is no kitchen but there is a kettle with a little fridge just big enough for a pint of milk.

Underfloor heating, a low impact property with solar panels and an EV charger. Bifold doors onto spacious former boat yard to provide ample parking just outside your property door. Meeting the latest fire regulations and on one floor, to suit elderly family members. Children and dogs most welcome, dog walk area, close by.

Walk To The Beach From This Charming Cottage

Recently refurbished, Morris’s Cottage is nestled in the centre of one of North Norfolk’s loveliest villages, opposite gastropub ‘The Hero’, with nearby bus stop giving access to many coastal towns and villages and a short walk to the village playing fields with two hard tennis courts and well equipped playground. The harbour is just two minutes away with stunning walks out to the sea and ferry to Scolt Head Island where hours can be spent with a picnic in the dunes!
