Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. Here you will only be visited by deer, squirrels and pheasants. The cottage is located 1 km from Gudmindrup Strand with dunes and gardens. The house, built in 1962, has only had two owners.
