Despite the good accessibility of the fairgrounds and the center of Hanover, our property offers you the necessary tranquility at the same time.

Quiet and centrally located, between Hohnsensee, Sedanallee and Ostbahnhof in the neighborhood of the HAWK, this 125 m² old building apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful old town villa. It is a self-contained apartment that has no common areas. Two rooms with double beds and one with a single and a bunk bed offer six sleeping places in spacious comfort in a lovingly designed ambience in a cozy mix of styles.

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.

The apartment is the upper floor of our house with a balcony. If you are a smoker, smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Parking is available in the side streets. You can stop on our property to unload your luggage.
