Suburban villa

This apartment is in a historical house and you can use it for your own. We /the owners are living in the upper floors. The apartment is completely equipped and has a big livingroom, a quiet bedroom, a separate and well equipped kitchen and a bathroom (second toilett on the corridor). In bedroom two persons can sleep in a 1,80m wide bed. A third sleeping option gives a 2m sofa (sleepingsofa) in livingroom. Theoretically two persons can sleep there. For sure towels and bed linen are included. The apartment has LED-TV and WLAN. Using garden is a matter of arrangement. Only 2-3 minutes distance to stop of city-tram number 4. With this line you reach trade fair/exhibition center without change in 15 minutes, in 25 minutes you reach center of city also without change. A big supermarket and other shops are in 100 m distance. A restaurant and a bistro you can reach by feet. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but of course you can smoke in the garden. If you travel by car you will find parkingplaces in front of the house or nearby. Forrest, a lake and a park for deers in a 3km distance offers you to take chance for recreation and jogging.

We offer elegant and cosy apartments: single and double guestroom Tea and coffee ad libitum adjoining bathroom adjoining kitchen free Wifi television We are situated in Köln-Mülheim, the district is located on the right bank of the Rhine with very good railway and metro connections to the Koelnmesse (5 minutes), Lanxessarena and to the centre/cathedral/main station (8 minutes). You reach the airport Cologne/ Bonn in 20 minutes. Supermarket at the corner, bakeries, restaurants, parc and the Rhine are easily accessible on foot. The apartments offer a bathroom and a kitchen. The bedrooms give on to the backyard, where you find a beautiful garden. The kitchen provides all the necessary to cook and feel at home.

15 m² living room/bedroom on the 1st floor, for 1-2 people with separate toilet on the same floor and separate shower on the 2nd floor, all three rooms are accessible via the staircase of the apartment building. Located on the main road. About 200 m walk to the Vischeringstraße bus & train stop, the A3/A4 motorway is very close. By tram, you need about 11 minutes to the Cologne trade fair, to the main train station and the city about 24 minutes and to Cologne/Bonn Airport about 35 minutes.

Our cozy attic apartment is an 800 m walk to the S-Bahn (travel time S11 main station 13 minutes and trade fair 10 minutes). Bus stop opposite. Nearby is the nature reserve with Lake Höhenfeld.
