The house has a large veranda, barbecue facilities, trampoline and massage bath Room 1: double bed. Room 2: Single bed, expandable to double bed. Room 3: 120 cm bed + small sofa bed Room 4: double bed. The sofa in the loft room can be turned out to a double bed. Travel cot and high chair can be arranged by notice in advance.

The house is from 2001,architect designed and cladding. It is completely secluded, it is 200 m to the nearest neighbor and borders Raet National Park on Tromøya. Several beaches 5-10 min by car. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 minutes from the nearest shop and less than 20 minutes from Arendal (by car). There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 8 sleeping places (one bed is 1.20 m, extra mattress is also available). There are kitchen gardens and greenhouses that need to be watered, but they can also be harvested.

Vi leier ut vårt sørlandshus i idylliske og hisoriske Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk sørlandsidyll med flott utsikt mot Galtesund og Arendal. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.
