Two large bedrooms and newly renovated bathroom with washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor. Children's bed is available + possibly extra mattresses for more guests. Older single-family home is rented. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the jetty and Nidelva in Arendal. The house has good sun conditions and a large terrace with seating area and barbecue. The house is from 1970, but recently made light renovation in the bedrooms. One bedroom has a closet and a 120 cm bed, while the other bedroom also has a closet and a 150 cm bed. Bedding, sheets and towels included :) The house is under a large renovation, so the basement is closed off and the parking lot is not finished but can be used. Feel free to reach out.

Single-family home of 230 m2 in a quiet child-friendly residential area. Good sun conditions. Short drive to great swimming opportunities both in the sea, river (Nidelva) and fresh water. About 6-7 min drive to Arendal city center. There is a bus to the city every hour about 5 minutes walk from the residence. Trampoline is set up in the garden in the summer There is plenty of room for 2-3 families or a large family. Sleeps about 9/10 people, we have some mattresses that can be put on the floor in addition to the beds. Duvets and pillow for 12 persons.

Several beaches 5-10 min by car. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest shop and under 20 minutes from Arendal. (by car) There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 8 sleeping places(3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds). There is a kitchen garden and greenhouse that need to be watered, but it can also be harvested.

The home has a living room and kitchen in one, bathroom and two bedrooms with 1.80x200 beds that are new. There is also a mattress if you want to be 5 in the house. It is only 6 km to drive to Grimstad city centre, and about 15 km to Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is 26 minutes by car. Arendal and Grimstad Riding Club is about an hour's drive away.

Vi leier ut vårt sørlandshus i idylliske og hisoriske Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk sørlandsidyll med flott utsikt mot Galtesund og Arendal. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to housekeepers. Panoramic view of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feel, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms.
