Gorgeous villa central in Arendal

Historic house with large park-like property on the outskirts of Arendal city center for rent during the summer holidays. We are family renting out our great house this summer. The property consists of main houses as well as several outbuildings, and can accommodate for example two families who want to vacation together. In the main house there are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the 1st floor and 2 in the loft on the 3rd floor In the old waiter's residence there are 2 bedrooms. Here there is running power but there is no water There are two cats that live in the house

Large and newly renovated single-family home at the bottom of the residential area Tykkåsen with absolutely stunning views and location. The residence has large rooms and two floors. The area is quiet and very central. Approx. 400 m to Beach hotel and lovely sandy beach/archipelago and approx. 400 m to shop and bus stop. The accommodation is fully furnished and has all you need of kitchen equipment, washer/dryer, etc. It has two bathrooms + WC in the hallway. Cleaning is included. Rental Saturday-Saturday and only weekly rental. Families are preferred.

Cozy southern house from 1868, with low ceiling height on both floors. The house is located in a quiet and nicely residential area in central Grimstad. The house has about one acre garden. The loft has two bedrooms; the innermost has entrance through the outer bedroom. The first floor has a continuous living and dining room. These rooms have a fireplace and fireplace. In addition, there is a bedroom, bathroom and hallway. Right by the house there is a 24 m2 greenhouse with a seating area.

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

Old Swiss villa with a central location, just 500 meters from the center of Grimstad and 300 meters from the city beach. 200 meters to the nearest grocery store. Large garden with trampoline. The house has 3 verandas. Parking space for two cars. Child friendly house. Spacious and high up under the roof. On the second floor there are tenants who have their own entrance. They do not have access to the garden.
