Child-friendly apartment and outdoor areas. Possibility to borrow a baby bed. Perfect for single/couple, with a small child. The sofa bed can be folded out, but is unfortunately very hard. Parking is just outside. No electric Car charging, but charging stations just nearby

Our accommodation is located in the middle of the charming village down on the quay, where you can enjoy the view of the water, stroll along the piers or take the boat straight over to Arendal in 3 minutes.

The place is suitable for two people, with the possibility of two extra beds on the sofa bed in the living room (1.40). The city park with bathing jetty, volleyball and skateboard track is nearby. Bakery, seafood and grocery store are nearby. It is about an 8 min walk along the jetty to many tempting outdoor restaurants in Arendal city center.

The house is about 80 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, attic, bathroom, laundry room and living room with open kitchen solution. The house has a sea view and it is 80 m down to the city fjord. Only 5 min walk to shopping center with pharmacy, grocery store, café, etc.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
