Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Small apartment over double garage rented in idyllic Homborsund Close to the sea and about 25 minutes to Dyreparken. The apartment has an en suite bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hotplates).) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed.
