The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Zur Ruhe kommen und sich mit der Natur verbinden. Nachts kann man die Nachtigall singen hören und direkt in den Sternenhimmel blicken. Frühs wird man liebevoll von der Sonne geweckt, mit Vogelgezwitscher begrüßt und kann barfuß durch das feuchte Gras laufen. Du kannst eine pure Naturerfahrung machen und in unserem See, der sich direkt auf dem Grundstück befindet baden oder die Draußen-Dusche nutzen. Es gibt viel zu entdecken, da es sich um ein großes, naturbelassenes Gelände handelt.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)
