An additional living area with tv, electric fireplace, couch and chair is in the basement as well as laundry and storage.

Found in the peaceful Piety Hill neighborhood...so unfortunately we do not allow gatherings of more than 15 people :) You will have full access to the entire 1st floor and basement level of this multi-family home (we, the owners live on the 2nd floor). Three bedrooms can sleep up to 3 couples, or separately host three individuals.
