Your group will enjoy easy access to everything in the area. With one 1/2 mile of river frontage and board walk access to the river. Secluded in the woods with the wildlife. 2 minute drive to town. Close to head trails for all your off road adventures. Higgins, Houghton lake, Lake St Helen and the Mason Track all about 15 minutes away. This 2 bedroom sleeps 6 easily with a bunk room, comfortable new pull out bed in the living room sofa, and a master bedroom with full bed. Fully stocked w/10 cup coffeemaker. Air Conditioning in the primary bedroom and living room area. TV with Live TV and Internet. Washer and Dryer. Great area for ATVs and trails only blocks away!! Close to the trail head and close to the public access! Extra parking in the back yard for your toys. Lots of fun things to do at the 222. No parking west side of house I have the area marked off with reflectors not to park in that area extra parking for your trailers behind the house. Not a party house.
