Less than 6 km to Bøsøre beach holiday park, which has both indoor and outdoor water parks. 3 km to shopping in the neighboring town, Hesselager. In addition to the vacation home here, there is a home very similar to it. The main house is rented out to a nice family. The vacation homes are separated from the main house with a hedge/fence. They each have their own outdoor areas.

The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.

Bathroom and toilet facilities are located in a brand new trailer about 60 m away. There are 2 toilets and a bathroom shared with 1 other trailer. There is also a refrigerator for free use.
