If you need to relax with your better half or a good friend in beautiful surroundings with fantastic views of the water, 150 m to the nearest bathing area and close to the beach and forest, then this beautiful gem is a good bet. Here are restaurants with delicious food, Brugsen and the bakery are within walking distance and there are many sights nearby. During the summer months there is every weekend music at the harbor + flea market every Tuesday. Sofa bed available in small room.

Cottage directly by the water. Idyllic little cottage of 15 m2 located on 900 m2 of secluded land. The house is located at beautiful Elsehoved 3 km south of Lundeborg, and with both forest and water as a neighbor. The house is well furnished with a separate toilet. Please note that there is only a shower outside. This is with shielding and hot water. There is a fireplace with pots and pans. In addition, 2 sea kayaks and SUP boards for free use. The bed is a sofa bed with the option of using a top mattress.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

(Ingen skjulte rengøringsgebyrer). Helt særlig bolig tæt på Egeskov slot I haven til gården Langholm finder man dette anneks. Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)

Velkommen til vores unikke anneks – et charmerende fristed i to etager, beliggende i et idyllisk bindingsværkshus på smukke Sydøstfyn. Her finder du ro, nærvær og landlig idyl. Annekset ligger kun 500 meter fra kysten og 1km fra børnevenlig badestrand. Huset er derudover omgivet af marker, skov og skøn natur. Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
