Cozy A house by Sminge lake with sauna.

Relax in a cozy and calm environment. Fun A house with wood-burning stove, Sauna in the garden and cold water bath. There is also access to Sminge Sø, Gudenåen and the Bird Tower. Almost right next to Svostrup Kro. A nice walk along Gudenåen. Pets are allowed. We have a dog ourselves, so the grounds are fenced. In addition, we have a small boat by the lake where you can sail a little down by Gudenåen and fish. Smoking inside is not allowed. There is coffee and tea in the house as well as wood for the sauna.

A relaxing outdoor area features a wooden hot tub surrounded by neatly arranged stone pavers and landscaped grass. The sunset casts a warm glow over neighboring trees and a lake visible beyond the wooden fence, enhancing the serene setting.

A charming retreat with a terrace, wilderness bath, covered terrace, and large garden stretching down to a lovely swimming lake. If you are on SUB board or similar, water activities, the lake is perfect. For nature lovers and exercisers, there is a wonderful 5.6 km run & walk route around the lake. The cottage is only a 16 minute drive from MCH Messecenter Herning and Boxen.

Living room with 50” TV, ps4 and play corner with darts and games. The space for everyone.
