There is access to the garden, terraces and pavilion, views of Lysbro forest and from our garden there is direct access to Lyså. There is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Our home is close to the lake and forest and there are good opportunities for hiking and cycling. You can also use the mountain bike trails in the forests, as well as kayak and paddleboard from the boat bridge in our garden.

There's also a butcher shop, with delicacies and ready-made meals. There is a good playground for both small and older children. Private entrance to apartment on the 1st floor. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Boligen er en del af en 3-længet gård med egen indgang og lukket have med tilhørende terrasse. Boligen ligger i landlige omgivelser med udsigt over marker men tæt ved indkøb og Silkeborg by. Boligen ligger helt op ad landevejen men har lydisolerede vinduer. Men støj fra trafik må forventes- særligt i hverdagene, hvor der kører lastbiler og traktore og ved høsttid. Der er 2 km til indkøb og 7 km til Silkeborg centrum. Spørg endeligt efter forslag til vandreture, aktiviteter eller spisested

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Cozy and new renovated apartment, surrounded by unique Gudenå nature. Close to Silkeborg, lots of MTB tracks, hiking trails, Trækstien, 2 golf courses, Jyllands Ringen, Gjern Bakker and much more. Ideal for Mountainbike weekend. Access to bicycle wash, storage and heated workshop. Direct bike path to Silkeborg city center. It is possible to rent a canoe and depart directly from the property. Access to secluded terrace and garden. Beddings and towels are included in price.

Oldes Hytte

On a hilltop with panoramic views of the entire southwestern corner of Limfjorden is Oldes Hytte. The cottage, which is from 2021, accommodates up to 6 guests, but with its 47 m2, it also appeals to couples, girlfriend weekends and time alone. The price includes electricity. Remember to bring bedding and towels. It is possible, for a fee, to charge an electric car with a Refuel Norwesco charger. We expect the cottage to be left as it is received.
