Gut Scheidt is located in the green triangle of Düsseldorf / Ratingen / Mettmann. It's less than 10 minutes to the A3. The distance to Düsseldorf city center is approx. 25 minutes. Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

An open living area features exposed wooden beams and a mix of modern and vintage furnishings. A cabinet displays glassware, while a comfortable armchair and a sleek side table invite relaxation. Natural light filters through large windows, illuminating a cozy sleeping area beyond.

It is a renovated, newly furnished apartment, which with the size of 150 square meters offers enough space and retreats for families as well as friendly couples who want to explore our Ruhr area. Quiet and well-behaved pets are also welcome, but please ask when booking. Smoking and parties are not allowed. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds. We do not accept more than 6 guests.

Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
