Shops for everyday needs and public transport are within walking distance. The A42 can be reached in 2 minutes by car. The location is very central and the Herner city center as well as Recklinghausen, Castrop-Rauxel, Dortmund and Bochum are within easy reach. The apartment with 42 sqm is for your own use and is located in an apartment building in a busy 30 km/h zone.

The 60 m² vacation apartment is centrally located yet in a green area in popular Heisingen. Thanks to a separate entrance and check-in, you can organize your stay independently and enjoy the personal atmosphere of our home instead of a hotel room. A bright, lovingly furnished attic apartment (2nd floor) in an old Steigerhaus (former foreman’s house from the mining era) – once part of a mining site, now surrounded by woods and meadows. A cozy home away from home for up to two people. The apartment is accessible via a comfortably wide spiral staircase. If you don’t like dogs, this isn’t the right place for you – they’re part of our family. That’s why dogs are, of course, very welcome in our holiday apartment.

Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

The apartment is located in a well-kept house on a quiet street in the Bochum city park district near downtown. The 42 square meter apartment with a smart TV, fast WiFi and shared washing machine was renovated a year ago and completely refurnished. 2 minutes to the mining museum and U-Bahn stop (U35 directly to the university & to Herne). Many other Bochum attractions (Starlight Express, planetarium, city park, Bermuda3Eck) are not far away.

It is a renovated, newly furnished apartment that, with a size of about 150 square meters, offers enough space and places to retreat for both families and couples of friends who want to explore our Ruhr area. Quiet and well-behaved pets are also welcome. Please inquire anyway when booking. Smoking and partying are not allowed, including vapes or shishas. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds. We do not accommodate more than 6 guests.

The rooms are furnished with 2 beds each, satellite TV, small linen closets with hanging options and a fold-out dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave and kettle. In the bathroom, a shower, tub and washing machine are available for you. The rooms are individually lockable. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. An iron and hairdryer are also provided.

Small but nice apartment

Furnished apartment to stay in a quiet location of the area. A separate entrance leads you first to a hallway, from which the renovated bathroom can also be reached. In another room there is a kitchenette with a living/dining area. A sleeping option is on a top floor, which can be reached via a wooden ladder (NO STAIRS!). The residential unit has a size of about 23 square meters. Use of the garden is NOT part of the listing.
