We are located in the heart of the Ruhr area. Behind the house are several allotment garden associations that lead to the Rhine-Herne Canal. Shops for everyday needs and public transport are within walking distance. The A42 can be reached in 2 minutes by car. The location is very central and the Herner city center as well as Recklinghausen, Castrop-Rauxel, Dortmund and Bochum are within easy reach. The apartment with 42 sqm is for your own use and is located in an apartment building in a busy 30 km/h zone.

This is a studio with two guest rooms, daylight bathroom, kitchen and dining area as well as a roof terrace with gas barbecue. The studio is in our house, you have your own privacy. More information on request. Fresh towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper as well as coffee capsules and etc. Fresh flowers, chocolate, mineral water and fruit are available to welcome you. The apartment is barrier-free and in a current modern condition. You have your own parking space right in front of the apartment. There is a lockable bicycle storage room right by the house, especially for bicycles!

A cozy home away from home for up to two people. The apartment is accessible via a comfortably wide spiral staircase. If you don’t like dogs, this isn’t the right place for you – they’re part of our family. That’s why dogs are, of course, very welcome in our holiday apartment.
