Newly built villa for yourself. 3 km to the center The house offers: 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with TV and a fold-out bed. Other bedroom with large King size bed. 2 toilets and a bathroom. Large kitchen / family room. Dining table for 8 people. Kitchen with all common kitchen equipment so you can cook, bake cakes etc. Living room with 75" TV and good surround sound & DVD player. Free Netflix, HBO, TV2 Play. Free Wifi Covered terrace with gas grill. Parking in dry weather in the carport.

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. House in Charlottenlund close to seashore

Welcome to our house built in 1914, it is 340kvm and a perfect house for a family and friends gathering. We have a big garden and barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and one toilet. In two of the bedrooms we have 180x200cm beds and the rest has 140x200cm beds. We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share.

Beautiful and spectacular home with large garden close to Copenhagen. The house is architect-designed and sleeps the big family. Inspired by both Japanese and Scandinavian architecture, stepping into the large villa is a very special experience. The villa is especially suitable for families with children and is only a few minutes walk to the station from where there are trains directly to central Copenhagen every 10 minutes. Der er IKKE køkken, men der er - microovn - airfryer - trykkoger til te og kaffe - Nespresso maskine - køleskab - kulgrill - EL grill. 64 kvm, egen indgang, ugenert terrasse på 36 kvm hvor solen kan nydes. 2 x dobbeltseng 160 x 200. Children friendly house with a garden and fantastic view over the ocean, Sweden, two smaller islands and the bridge to Sweden. The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Restaurants, shops and the metro, which will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, is just a short walk away. You will be close to everything!
