The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The large pool and Jacuzzi are to be used seasonally from Jan-Oct. The sauna can be used year-round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.

The "DomSuite Erfurt" is our centrally located apartment in a quiet, adjacent side street, Kettenstraße. In our apartment, we offer you free Wi-Fi and views towards the cathedral square. The modern and high-quality furnished apartment consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a separate bathroom and a balcony facing the inner courtyard.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

An individually and lovingly furnished apartment of 30 sqm awaits you. The apartment has been completely renovated with natural and allergy-friendly materials. Clay plaster on the walls increases the air quality. The kitchen is fully equipped. The smart TV allows streaming. Bikes can be rented. Public transport is within 3 to 5 minutes' walking distance. The travel time to downtown is about 10 minutes by bus, train and bicycle.
