A peaceful unique country escape. Historical architecture and stunning 10 acre views. Newly remodelled 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest house was originally built in 1928. The apartment is a separate living quarters from the main house located on the second floor, providing beautiful views of the property from your private deck. Located 15 miles south of Muncie and less than an hour to down town Indianapolis. Just a few miles from Summit Lake, and down the road from 1000 degree pizza!

40' 5th Wheel Camper

40 foot fully remodeled camper. The camper is parked on the back of our property behind our privacy fence over looking a forest valley. Enjoy the country setting while still having 150 mb wifi. 5 minutes to Knightstown, 45 minutes to Indianapolis and 10 minutes to I70. Camper has a tankless hot water heater, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Living room couch folds down into a bed and room for an air mattress. The middle of the camper has a futon that folds down into a bed.

The Lewisville School House was built in 1897. 125 years later we have transformed this beautiful building into the Newhouse Family Inn. One of the rooms has been dedicated in memory of the School.
