Bo mysigt och fridfullt i gammal korsvirkeslänga från 1800-talet. Läget är lantligt med djur och natur bara utanför dörren men samtidigt nära till stad, restauranger, nöje, shopping samt strand/bad. Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Äldre mestadels nyrenoverat hus, med plats för tillfället till 2 vuxna ev något barn. Beläget vid stort sjöområde med fiske, bad och tillgång till 2 kanoter. Ring innan ni vill använder kanoter pga säkerhet. Huset har tillgång till dusch, toa, kök, vardagsrum och 1 sovrum. Ni har egen parkering och liten trädgård med uteplats och grill. 15 minuter till staden Laholm, liten trevlig affär 3 km, lång sandstrand vid havet ca 20 min, vandringsleder, vinter Vallåsen utförsåkning, laxfiske i Lagan.

Scenic modern country house

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Unique beach-house

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr.

Ålabodarna Seaside

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

Liten trädgårdsstuga 23m2,centralt

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc-dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm bred (1-2 pers) och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-säng/soffa (1 pers).

Grönland - The Farm Cottage

We offer accommodation for those that would like to spend some quality time in the countryside. The small cottage is completely self contained; with extensive kitchen, bathroom (with washing machine), dining area, sitting/TV area, and two sleeping rooms upstairs.

Hjelmsjö gästhus - nybyggt och trivsamt

Ett nybyggt och fräscht gästhus i en blomstrande trädgård. 300 meter från evenemangen på Hjelmsjöborg och en promenad från badplatsen och de djupa trollska skogarna. Boendet fungerar bra både sommar och vinter med sitt tillgängliga läge och goda issolering.
