The villa is secluded and about 200 meters from the village It consists of an autochthonous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that merge the interior of the house with the exterior. The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

Villa Vrt is a recently constructed vacation residence situated in the center of Istria. Within a 30-minute radius, you can access all attractions in Istria. The closest beach is just a 25-minute drive away, surrounded by numerous restaurants. Fully enclosed within 1200 square meters of private grounds, this pet-friendly villa features swing sets, a playground with a slide, a private pool, a charcoal grill, air conditioning, and complimentary WiFi. Peaceful Villa with breathetaking view

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
