A large bedroom overlooking the pool and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms each with a bathroom. Each room has air conditioning as well as a TV-SAT. And upstairs you can enjoy and relax on the terrace.

Truffle area in Motovun and Groznjan are a short drive away as well as many vineries. Porec is also famous for entertainment,there are always music or sport events throughout the year. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.

The apartement is located in a small village named Muntrilj near Tinjan. Fully furnished apartment far away from city traffic. This apartment is a part of the house that has 2 additional apartments. One on the ground floor that can house 2 + 2 persons and another one at the first floor for 5 persons. You can find these apartements on my profile. You can book all 3 apartements at the same period for 11 persons.
