Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. In the studio you will find everything you need; a large comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, etc., a bathroom with a bathtub and shower cabin, a dining table and a small seating area. A great distant view from the windows in the bedroom. A covered outdoor seat in the garden can also be used. 1.5 km away is Schöllkrippen with all the shopping opportunities.

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss meines Hauses in Hain im Spessart. Das Haus selbst ist am Hang gebaut, dadurch ist die Haustür über 30 Treppenstufen zu erreichen. Im Haus selbst geht es dann noch 15 Stufen nach oben. Die Anzahl der Gäste ist hier auf 5 begrenzt. Falls mehr Gäste kommen möchten, bitte eine Anfrage schicken. Nach Absprache ist es möglich, dass mehr Gäste kommen. Es kann noch ein Doppelluftbett aufgestellt werden.
