Generous space/kitchen, dining and living room in one. New wooden parquet floor. Two separate bedrooms with double beds - comfy and cozy.- you have to go through the first one - for connected people. Washing machine and dishwasher - all kitchen utensils to cook and a nespresso machine and french press. Calm inside and outside. With one step you are in the garden and you can sit on a nice ensemble. Walking distance to tram/bus, shops, parks, swimmingpool. 15 min. to the city. No cats please.

You live in a centrally located, newly renovated city flat in the picturesque Servitenviertel (45 m²). Very conveniently located, close to both the underground and the city centre. Attention: 3rd floor without lift - there is a lift in the building, but we are not allowed to use it, sorry!
